We have a ladies' powder room in our church, and massive wall damage is happening from women pushing the chairs and loveseat against the wall. We already have a chair rail, which is a different height than the chair backs.
The floor is carpet, no padding, concrete underneath. I've seen hotels in the past permanently bolt (or glue?) furniture to the floor, and would love to do this.
